GROUT INJECTION CONSOLE
By console we mean the part that performs the injection of the cement, measuring 750X1050X H=1500 mm, and the part formed by the mixer, a system devised for mixing water with cement, with a diameter of 900 mm and a height of 1600 mm. The first part consists of a hydraulic control unit built into the structure and of supports to secure the injector in place; the second part instead consists of two cylindrical overlaid baths, each with a capacity of 150 litres, used for the preparation of the mixture (the top one) and for the injector feed (the bottom one), all activated by an electric engine with geared motor.
The deposit ready for injection, if the 150 litre mixer is not sufficient, is formed using the mixer which consists of two cylindrical overlaid baths, each with a capacity of 300 litres;
and the latter measures 1280 mm in diameter and 1590 mm in height.
For the correct texture and quality of the paste to be injected, we have added the turbo mixer, which is able to produce 10 m³/h of grout. The turbo mixer takes up a total space of 1100 (width) x 1500 (depth) x height 1525 mm
The machine can be fitted with appropriate optionals which simplify the operator’s task. The optionals in the console are not only of great help to the operator, but they also make the work area completely independent from the other machines, since we are in a position to offer our customers not only the machine for injecting but also a silenced current GENERATOR with a RUGGERINI 4-stroke diesel engine and electric ignition, which powers the console and the mixer. Moreover, the generator allows the use of 220 and 380V equipment. Other optionals include the remote control to start and stop the injection cycle, auxiliary dual effect sockets which can be remote controlled, pressure gauge support stand to be positioned near the injection, on which the oil and cement pressure can be read. The console can operate in two different modes. In fact both a slow and a rapid filling are possible.
